1. Dispense 1-2 pumps of our Replenishing Face Oil into your palm

2. Inhale the soothing scent of the Mandarin and Frankincense Essential Oils

3. Gently massage the oil onto your face, neck, and around your eye area

4. After opening your lymph nodes, press the curved edges of the Gua Sha flat to your skin and gently glide across your face and neck, as shown in the diagram. This encourages lymphatic drainage and helps ease puffiness.

Always use light pressure and especially if your skin is sensitive or you are pregnant or postpartum.
